About

Hi there! I’m Kenneth Fischer and am currently a caregiver for my mom. I attempted to start this business when I first started my caregiver venture with my mom. Unfortunately, I was unable to raise the necessary funds to kickstart this business. I learned some lessons along the way.

One lesson is, not to try and start an asset heavy business which requires a large investment to begin.

Which leads to lesson Two, only deal with people who actually have the money to invest, no go be-tweens or people who offer to help raise revenue, and most crowd funding sites require some initial investment from friends, family, or colleagues before they will list you on their site ticker for the world to see.

Lesson Three, corporations suck, too much paperwork, rules, and regulations and the reason why I should not have let my colleagues convince me it was the only way to raise revenue. I just filed my final corporate tax return for 2024. Good riddance. If this business restarts in the future, it will be a sole proprietorship, thank you very much!
